Beta testers on macOS can also send feedback straight from TestFlight: take a screenshot while Sheafwriter is open, or use Send Feedback in the TestFlight app.

Where is the user manual?

In the app: Help ▸ User Manual (F1). Help ▸ Keyboard Shortcuts lists every shortcut.

Where are my files?

A project is a normal folder with a project.md file and a manuscript folder of Markdown files, wherever you created it. Backups are ZIP files; you can see and change their folder in View ▸ Settings ▸ Application.

Spell-checking says “No dictionary”

Check the project's language in File ▸ Project Settings. On Linux, install Hunspell and the dictionary for your language from your distribution (for example hunspell-en_US).

Can I bring my Scrivener project?

Yes: File ▸ Import from Scrivener and select your .scriv folder. Word documents work the same way through File ▸ Import from Word (DOCX).
